Ok, next, ybtolerant has joined the YCF!!! Yay! I've lost count (embarrassingly) of the number of YCF that there are in the galaxy, so could all you guys 'report in', so-to-speak? Here's all the ones I know of:
Sapphira Adi, Ian, Flinn-fan-of-the-twins, Shelby Marie, Zoe, Elliot Reed, Jamin, Paris, Madi, dcf, Indinatookofmithegard, Mike, Lauren, and I'm not sure who else. It's weird; I feel like I'm trying to find the surviving Jedi after the Great Purge, lol.
Thirdly, I have an announcement to make: MY FAMILY GOT A PET FLYING SQUIRREL!!!!! Here are some pics we took. This is Edison, a 3/4 grown female flying squirrel that we got today!! Isn't she cute? (and you thought I had a new baby sibling or something like that, lol) These are all pictures of Edison crawling all over my sister and dad. I think Edison's asleep on dad's shoulder right now.
Sorry that some are a little blurry or dark, but hey, these were taken in our kitchen. Isn't that the coolest pet, though? Right now, she's asleep under dad's collar while he's reading the newspaper. She really likes him. (and to all y'all with raised eyebrows, yes, Edison is a girl.)
Y'all all better check out ybtolerant's blog, or...I'll beat you with a carrot stick! And now that Edison's around, I'll have those in abundance!!!

Araken - Yah, the rabbits only lasted a year. I originally got 2 boys named Elliot and Finch for (i think it was my 13) birthday a couple years back and we found out 4 babies later that we should name them Ellie and Finch. Well it led to 4+8+2 to equal us out 14 bunnies. Wow was it a handful.

My cat caught a normal squirrel that we tried to keep as a pet once, but it was too scared to eat so we had to let it go.
What kind of cage do you get for a flying squirrel?

Edison is sooo cute!!!!! I LOVE flying squirrels, but my mom drew the pet-limit to my Dumbo Rats, Cindy and Shyloh.

I loved having rabbits but I have 2 dogs that I love now. Two boston terriers that are amazing and funny and the best things that have happened to me since my parents!

Kaili- sorry, it's just hard 'cuz you don't have a blog. I'm glad you like my shirt!
Kale- my biology teacher has 2 flying squirrels (which are not sugar gliders, by the way), and her cage is like 2x2x6 feet. The cage can't have vinyl, 'cuz the squirrel will chew its way through. Basically, it's just four wooden posts with crossbeams, chickenwire for walls, and a few branches inside. It's cool. Once, my teacher opened the cage door during class, and Da Vinci (the squirrel) climbed to the top of the door and jumped 5 feet to her shoulder!
Caleb- Yeah, she is soooo much fun. By the way, I really like your list of favorite verses on your blog!
Mitzi- You should get one. You have to get it through a licensed breeder, as they are protected animals.
Amber- Glad you like my shirt, too!
Jamin- A ferret? I've heard they're really aggressive, but maybe I got that from reading the Redwall books.
Anonymous- I don't know when I'll be able to bring her. Maybe you should convince your mom to let you get a flying squirrel.
